Cancellation Policy
- Once a user registers for an exam and completes the payment, cancellation requests will not be accepted under normal circumstances.
- If there is a genuine issue (e.g., incorrect exam selection, duplicate payment), the user must contact our support team immediately via email.

Refund Policy
- Refund requests will only be accepted when the user emails our support team at corridoracademic@gmail.com with a valid reason.
- Refunds will not be processed for non-attendance or personal inconvenience.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
