Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Academic Corridor, we strive to provide the best exam services to our users. However, we understand that there may be situations where users need to cancel their exam enrollment. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a payment.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

    • Once a user registers for an exam and completes the payment, cancellation requests will not be accepted under normal circumstances.
    • If there is a genuine issue (e.g., incorrect exam selection, duplicate payment), the user must contact our support team immediately via email.
  1. Refund Policy

    • Refund requests will only be accepted when the user emails our support team at corridoracademic@gmail.com with a valid reason.
    • Refunds will not be processed for non-attendance or personal inconvenience.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
